CUSTOMER SERVICE: Our customer service is still near you. Due to the biggest number of messages received, it may take us some more time to answer your request. Estimated response time: 24-48 h.
ORDERS: We are taking all the necessary prevention measures to ensure the correct preparation of the orders.
A reduced number of employees are working on rotating shifts in order to guarantee both internal safety and the service to our customers.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES: Shipments will continue to be sent through our regular parcel service under the strict hygiene and safety measures stated by the sanitary authorities, without limiting the transportation activity within Spain and the Balearic Islands.
However, due to the high volume of orders we currently have, delivery time may be delayed by 5-7 days. We would like to thank you for your understanding while we work to offer you the best service possible.
RETURNS: The orders placed between 1 March and 12 June can be returned until 27 June
