After that, enter the email address you used to purchase them. You will then receive an email with a link to your returns page, where your orders will be displayed. To start the return, just click on “Return” next to the product you want to return. (If you want to return more than one product, you can select them in the next step.) Then, we will guide you through all the steps of the process. Once all the steps have been completed, we’ll send you a label to stick on the parcel you want to return. If you want to change or cancel your return request, please contact us so we can do that for you.
2. By your own means. The user pays the cost of the return.
If you don’t want to use our collection system, you can send us the items by your own means. To do so, you need to follow these directions:
- Get in contact with our Customer Service department at contact@poloclub so they can give you the shipping address.
- Once we’ve received your items and checked they’re in good condition, we’ll send you the corresponding refund using the same payment method you used when you purchased the items and within 7 days after we’ve received t hem in our warehouse.
Take into account that the items that are part of a PACK are sold as a bundle and cannot be returned separately. In case of a partial return of a pack, the discount applied will be cancelled. This is, if you return some of the items of your pack (but not the whole pack), you lose the discount and the price of the item/s you keep will be their original price (retail price published on the site when you purchased the items without the pack discount). The refund made for the returned piece/s is the result of the difference with the item’s original price.

If you make a partial return, the promotion will be cancelled. Therefore, the price of the item you keep is € 60. The refund is made by subtracting what you saved (€ 12.51) from the price you paid for the piece (€ 47.49). This is, € 47.49 - € 12.51 = € 34.98 is the amount to be refunded. B. RETURN PERIOD.
To return a purchase made in our online store, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order.
All products to be returned must be sent to us in their original packaging, with the labels on them and in the same condition as they were sent, without having been used.
Our items are checked for any defects before they are shipped. However, if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us through our Customer Service.

Once we have received the return and checked that the products are in good condition, with the labels on and in the same conditions in which they were sent (without having been used or washed) we will proceed to refund the amount.
You can choose between two types of refunds: a refund by the same payment method you used for payment or a refund in a gift card (credit for the shop) you can use whenever you want on our web.
The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s). Remember that the amount of shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made in the same form of payment that you used for your purchase.

The refund to your credit/debit card will be processed within 8-10 days from the moment the confirmation email is sent. This period may vary depending on the bank processing time, which may vary according to the payment method, and to each bank.
The refund in a gift card (credit for the shop) is automatically sent to the email address you give us when you place the order and on the same day we receive and check the goods.
We only accept exchanges in the event that the product delivered is defective. If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible, specifying the details of the product and what the problem is. For all other cases, for example, when the product does not meet your expectations or in the event that you prefer another size or colour, you must process the return to obtain a refund, following our returns procedure and make a new purchase. We will apply the conditions and prices in force at the time of purchase of the new product.
It is not possible to modify an order once it is confirmed.
