Personal data subject to the processing: By virtue of your relationship with us, we will process the following categories of personal data:

Purpose of the processing: To manage the application to apply for a job selection process.
In order to manage and process your request for accessing a selection process, the information provided may be contrasted with third-party sources (internet, information provided by you regarding previous jobs, academic institutions also referred to by you in your CV, etc…).
Legitimation: The execution of a contract or pre-contract with the interested party (Article 6.1.b) GDPR).
Recipients: Your data will not be transferred to other entities.
Period of storage of the data: We will keep your data for 2 years, after that period, we will proceed to delete them.
Rights of the data subject: You can obtain the information necessary to exercise your data protection rights through the POLO CLUB postal address stated in the header or at the following email address: rgpd@poloclub.com. Therefore, you can:

2. Request their rectification for the amendment of your personal data.
