Entry instructions:
To enter you will need to be a new subscriber to Polo Club newsletters.
The subscription to Polo Club commercial communications shall be active during the giveaway.
It is free to enter the giveaway and, by entering it, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions and the requirements stated before.
The employees of Polo Club Europe SLU are excluded from this giveaway, as is any person involved in the development of this giveaway and their immediate relatives. Polo Club Europe SLU reserves the right to reject any participants if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these conditions.
Promotional period and scope:
The giveaway will start on 02 September 2024 at 12pm CET and finish on 05 September 2024 at 11:59pm CET. On 6 September 2024, 5 winners will be drawn from the new subscribers each day, with a total of 20 winners, and the winners (from all validly registered participants) will be informed.


Giveaway validity:
Spain (Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Germany, France, Italy and Holland


Winner selection, notification and delivery:
It is compulsory to have followed the participation process correctly.
20 winners will be drawn from all the participants. The giveaway will be carried out on the application sortea2.com, and the winners will be sent an email to the email address provided in order to notify the result of the giveaway. If contact cannot be made with the drawn winner within 48 hours of the initial prize notification date, or the prize is rejected, an alternative winner will be drawn, and the first winner will have no rights to claim the prize. If the new winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the prize will be void.
The prize will consist of a €50 gift card to be redeemed on Kodak’s website and a Kodak single-use camera. A promotional code will be sent to the email provided by the winner to be redeemed on the website https://www.kodak.gtcie.com/es/. The promotional code can be redeemed until 25 September 2024.

Reserves and limitation:
The present Terms may be modified by the organiser and/or the giveaway may be cancelled or suspended at any time. The new Terms will be published in the same way as they were originally released, including, if necessary, explanations or amendments which do not alter the spirit of the giveaway. Any situation related to the interpretation of these terms and conditions will be resolved by Polo Club Europe SLU as the organizer of the giveaway. This company may, in its sole discretion, suspend a participant who does not meet the requirements for entering, without the participant having any rights to claim any responsibility to Polo Club Europe SLU. If the participant fails to meet any requirement during the giveaway, he/she will be automatically disqualified and the prize will be void.
The company Polo Club Europe SLU reserves the right to take legal actions against those participants who perform any act which may be considered as manipulation or forgery during the giveaway.
The company POLO CLUB EUROPE SLU takes no responsibility for:
- any errors in the details provided by the participants which may result in a failure to identify them.
- any liability in the event of any error or problem during the redemption process on Kodak’s website
- any liability in case of modification of the giveaway or its terms.

Data protection:
Your email will be processed by Polo Club Europe SLU for the purpose of running the giveaway and may be used so that Polo Club Europe SLU can contact the participants.
The data provided in the box for signing up to the newsletters will be processed in an aggregate and completely anonymised way in order to better know the customers of POLO CLUB and improve the way we provide our services, the products that may be of interest and our promotions.
The basis of legitimation for the processing is consent. Under no circumstances will the data be shared with third parties. The data will be stored only until the giveaway has been carried out. The rest of the information will be stored anonymised.
Likewise, since the requirement for entering the giveaway will be signing up to our newsletter, this information will be processed for sending commercial communications, provided that the user does not revoke said consent. Consent, as an essential requirement for entering the giveaway, may not be withdrawn before the giveaway is held.

Law and applicable jurisdiction:
The application and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Spanish Law. The courts of Elche shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning these Terms and the development and result of the giveaway. Polo Club Europe SLU and the participants expressly waive their right to any other jurisdiction.
