Promotional period and area:
The draw will take place in Spain, and will begin on 25/10/21 at 6:00 pm and will finish on 31/10/21 at 6:00 pm. Winners will be announced on 2/11/21.
Draw validity:
Europe.
Winner selection, notification and delivery:
It is compulsory to have followed the participation process correctly.
The winners will be drawn using the easypromos app and will be sent an Instagram direct message in order to inform them of the result of the draw and, at the same time, request their contact details. If contact cannot be made within 48 hours of the initial prize notification date, or the prize is rejected, an alternative winner will be drawn, and the first winner will have no rights to claim the prize. If the new winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the prize will be void. By no reason can the prizes be exchanged, returned or refunded.
The prize will be: - 2 Instax packs (2 Instax mini 40 cameras + 2 film packs) & 2 €130 Polo Club E-gift cards * These Polo Club gift cards are valid for 3 months.
There will be 2 winners.

Reserves and limitation:
These Terms may be amended, terminated or suspended at any moment by the Promoter. The new Terms will be released in the same way as they were originally released, including, if necessary, explanations or amendments which do not alter the spirit of the draw. Any issues emerging from the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be handled by the Promoter, COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L., which is allowed, at its sole discretion, to eliminate any participants or disqualify any entries if they do not fulfil the requirements to participate or if the Promoter is unable to prove such fulfilment, and the Promoter, COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. takes no responsibility for this. If the participant fails to meet any requirement during the draw, he/she will be automatically disqualified and the prize award will be void.
The enterprise COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE accepts no responsibility for any errors in the details provided by the winners which may result in a failure to identify them.
The enterprise COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. reserves the rights to take legal actions against those entrants who carry out any act which may be considered as manipulation or forgery during the draw. COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. accepts no liability for any damage or injury which may be caused by a temporary unavailability or malfunctioning of the sites used to participate in the promotion. COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. reserves the right to postpone or extend the draw, as well as to interpret these Terms. Additionally, the Promoter will take no responsibility if any of the aforementioned situations occurred, as well as no liability for damage or injuries which may result from the use of the prize.

By entering this promotion, you agree to accept these Terms as well as COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE S.L. privacy policy, according to which the data will be processed in order to carry out the draw and also to meet all the requirements established on the post on Instagram. The users will have the right to access, amend, cancel, transfer, limit or object to the processing of their data at any time by writing an email to rgpd@poloclub.com. Withdrawal of the consent or the objection to the processing for the delivery of bulletins before the draw is carried out will imply the disqualification of the participant.
Law and Applicable Jurisdiction:
The application and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of Spain. The courts of Elche shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning these Terms and the development and result of the promotion. COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L and the entrants expressly waive their right to any other jurisdiction.
