COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L., with registered office at Partida Jubalcoi, Pol. 1, nº 90, 03295 Elche (Alicante) and VAT no. B54512512, owner of the Polo Club brand (hereafter, POLO CLUB), is organising on the following date the giveaway called Urban Motorbike Giveaway (hereinafter, the Giveaway) under the following terms and conditions.

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE

To participate in this giveaway, the following requirements shall be met:

• Be 18 or over.
• Live in Europe.
• Fill out the form available on the landing  on Polo Club’s site or in the pop-up to sign up for the giveaway.
It is free to enter the giveaway and, by entering it, you agree to accept these Terms.
The employees of COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE S.L. are excluded from this giveaway, as is any person involved in its development and their immediate relatives.
COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. reserves the right to reject any participants if there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

DATE AND AREA OF THE GIVEAWAY

You have from 14 February 2022 at 3 pm CET to 28 February 2022 6 pm CET to participate in the giveaway. The winner will be announced as of March 01 on the landing  and will be contacted by email.

The prize will be a customised URBAN D6 electric motorbike + a SHIRO SH 62 JET helmet

WINNER SELECTION

There will be one winner.

As of 01 March 2022, a winner will be chosen among all the participants who meet the established requirements. The winner will be drawn randomly using an IT tool that meets the necessary quality and security standards.
It is compulsory to have followed the participation process correctly.
The winner will be sent an email from as of 01 March 2022 on to inform him/her of the result of the giveaway and, at the same time, request his/her contact details.
If contact cannot be made within 48 hours of the initial prize notification date, or the prize is rejected, an alternative winner will be drawn, and the first winner will have no rights to claim the prize. If the new winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the prize will be void.
By no reason can the prize be exchanged, returned or refunded.
The name of the winner will be announced on the landing  on Polo Club’s site. By participating in the giveaway and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to having his/her name published on the Urban Motorbike Giveaway landing on Polo Club’s site as well as on any other official communication channels of the brand.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By entering this promotion, you agree to accept these Terms as well as COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L’s Privacy Policy, according to which the data will be processed for the following purposes:

- manage the giveaway,
- notify you of new arrivals/promotions/giveaways by email or SMS.

The legal basis for such processing is the consent granted by the user when filling out the form to sign up accepting to participate in the giveaway and the legitimate interest for receiving communications related to the brand organising the giveaway.
The data will be kept for sending newsletters until the subscriber withdraws his/her consent, which can be done at any time by sending an email to rgpd@poloclub.com.
The users will have the right to access, amend, cancel, transfer, limit or object to the processing of their data at any time by writing an email to rgpd@poloclub.com. Withdrawal of the consent or the objection to the processing of personal data before the giveaway is carried out will imply the disqualification of the participant.

RESERVES AND LIMITATION

By entering this giveaway, you agree to accept these Terms.

These Terms may be amended, terminated or suspended at any moment by the Promoter. The new Terms will be published in the same way as they were originally released, including, if necessary, explanations or amendments which do not alter the spirit of the giveaway. Any situations emerging from the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be dealt with by the Promoter.
If the participant fails to meet any requirement during the giveaway, he/she will be automatically disqualified and the prize will be void. COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. takes no responsibility for this.
The enterprise COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE S.L. accepts no responsibility for any errors in the details provided by the winners which may result in a failure to identify them.
The enterprise COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. reserves the right to take legal actions against those participants who carry out any act which may be considered as manipulation or forgery during the giveaway.
COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. accepts no liability for any damage or injury which may be caused by a temporary unavailability or malfunctioning of the sites used to participate in the promotion.
COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. reserves the right to postpone or extend the giveaway, as well as to interpret these Terms.
Additionally, COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L. will take no responsibility if any of the aforementioned situations occurred, as well as no liability for damage or injuries which may result from the use of the prize, apart from the guarantees offered as owner of the POLO CLUB brand.

CLAIMS, LAW AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION

Any claim related to the Giveaway shall be made within thirty (30) days after the deadline to participate in the Giveaway to the email address rgpd@poloclub.com.

The application and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish Law. The courts of Elche shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning these Terms and the development and result of the Giveaway. COMPANY BRIDGE AND LIFE, S.L and the participants expressly waive their right to any other jurisdiction.
