If I open a new account, will I keep the points I had earned from my previous orders?
Yes. Every order you have placed in the last 365 days will have generated points, which you will see available in your new account.

How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every € spent. And get an extra 100 points when you complete your profile.


How do points work and how can I redeem them?
You can redeem your points for discounts, selected products or express shipping. Every 100 points unlock a €5 discount your next order (valid on orders over €40).

You can redeem up to €20 off a single order:

100 points = €5 discount

200 points = €10 discount

300 points = €15 discount

400 points = €20 discount

Do points expire?
Yes. Your points are available for one year (365 days) from the date of the order on which you earned them.

When are points added to my account?
You will see your new points in your account as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I redeem two vouchers for the same order?
No, you can only use one voucher per order. That is why, if you have 200 points, we recommend generating one €10 voucher instead of two €5 vouchers, so you can use your full discount at once.

I have redeemed the points, but I cannot find the voucher. Where is it?
Sign in, go to your account and you will find it in the Loyals section, ready to use.

How can I get free shipping?
When you reach 150 points on orders, you will unlock 6 months of free shipping. Please note that returns or order cancellations will deduct points and could affect this benefit if you drop below the required minimum.

If I make a return, will I lose my points?
Yes, we will deduct as many points as the amount refunded. E.g., if you return an item worth €70, 70 points will be deducted from your account.

If I return an order made with a voucher, what happens to my points?
We will deduct the points earned on that order, but we will return the points from the voucher you used so you can use them again on your next order. If it is a partial return, the points redeemed in the voucher will not be refunded
