A. HOW TO RETURN.

If you wish to return a purchase made in our online store, you have 15 days* from the date you received your order.

Below, we explain the options available to you to make your return:

Return at delivery point.
To proceed with the return, please click on this link   returns.poloclub.com

Then enter the email address you used to make the purchase. You will receive an email with a link that will take you to your return page where your orders will be displayed. To start the return, simply click on "Return" next to the product you wish to return (if you wish to return more than one product, you can select it in the next step). We will then guide you step by step through the entire process.

Once you have completed the steps, we will send you an email with a label to stick on the return package.

Remember that you must deposit the items to be returned at the point of delivery and within 15 days from the date of delivery of your purchase, before the return deadline expires.

If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us so that we can manage it.

By means of our system of collection, through our agency of transport.
To use our collection system, you must follow the following instructions:

Contact our customer service department by email at   contact@poloclub.com, providing the following information:


  • Order number.
  • Name and surname.
  • Collection address.
  • Product you wish to return.
  • Reason for return.
  • Date you would like us to pick up your return.


Once we have received your return request we will confirm, by means of e-mail, within 24 - 48 hours, the date of collection and the instructions as far as the preparation of the package so that the transport agency can happen to gather it.
Once we have received the goods and checked the state of the product, we will proceed to make the return of the amount that corresponds by means of the same form of payment that you used at the moment of making your purchase and within 7 days after the date of reception in our warehouses.
By your own means. The user is responsible for the cost of the return.


In the case that you do not want to use our collection system, you can send us the items by your own means, for this you must follow the following instructions:

  • Order number.
  • Name and surname.
  • Garments to be returned.
  • Reason for return.


Once we have received your return request we will confirm, by means of e-mail, within 24 - 48 hours, the return and the shipping address so that you can proceed with the return.
Once we have received the goods and checked the condition of the product, we will proceed to make the return of the corresponding amount by means of the same form of payment that you used at the time of making your purchase and within 7 days after the date of receipt in our stores.
B. RETURN PERIOD.
To return a purchase made in our online store, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order.

All products to be returned must be sent to us in their original packaging, with the labels on them and in the same condition as they were sent, without having been used.

Our items are checked for any defects before they are shipped. However, if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us through our Customer Service.

Returns are free of charge for orders placed in Spain and Portugal. You can check the following table for the return costs according to the country.

C. REFUND.
Once we have received the return and checked that the products are in good condition, with the labels on and in the same conditions in which they were sent (without having been used or washed) we will proceed to refund the amount.

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s). Remember that the amount of shipping costs will not be refunded.

The refund will be made in the same form of payment that you used for your purchase.
