You have 15 days to make the return from the time you received your order. The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s). To be returned, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging.
In the case of defective products, or products that do not correspond with the order placed, you must make the return through our collection system and the cost of return will be borne by us.
You have the following means to make the return:
Through our collection system, through our transport agency. Free of charge in Spain and Portugal.
To use our collection system, you must follow these instructions:
1. Contact the customer service department via email firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the following information:
- Order number.
- Name and surname.
- Collection address.
- Product you wish to return.
- Reason for return.
- Date on which you would like us to pick up your return.
2. Once we have received your return request we will confirm, by e-mail, within 24 - 48 hours, the date of collection and the instructions regarding the preparation of the package so that the transport agency can pick it up.
3. Once the goods have been received and the condition of the product has been checked, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same form of payment you used at the time of making your purchase, within 48-72 hours after the date of receipt in our warehouses.
