Elche (Alicante) Spain 03295 - Alicante - Spain, and VAT number B 54512512, plans to give away 4 Packs (2 Entry ticket + Hotel) for the Port Aventura theme park, within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, Italy, France, Germany and the Netherlands, among customers who are members of the Polo Club Loyals program and who also meet the following requirements:

To take part in the giveaway you will need to:
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Be a member of the Loyals Polo Club program.
It is free to enter the giveaway and, by entering it, you agree to accept these Terms. The employees of Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. are excluded from this giveaway, as is any person involved in the development of this giveaway and their immediate relatives. Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. reserves the right to reject any participants if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these conditions.

Promotional period and area:
The giveaway will begin on 20/10/2023 at 10:00 am CET and will finish on 31/10/2023 at 23:59 pm CET. The four winners will be announced on 02/11 via an email through which they will be contacted directly.
Giveaway validity:
Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands, Italy, France, Germany and Netherlands.
Winner selection, notification and delivery:
There will be 4 winners.
It is compulsory to have followed the participation process correctly.
The winners will be drawn using the sortea2 application, and will be contacted via email in order to inform him/her of the result of the giveaway and, at the same time, request his/her contact details for delivering the prizes. If contact cannot be made within 48 hours of the initial prize notification date, or the prize is rejected, an alternative winner will be drawn, and the first winner will have no rights to claim the prize. If the new winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the prize will be void. By no reason can the prizes be exchanged, returned or refunded.
The prize will be: Four packs (1 pack for each winner) each consisting of a double ticket for the Port Aventura theme park, as well as a hotel night in a room for two guests. The tickets and hotel nights can be booked exclusively from 17 February 2024 to 22 March 2024 and from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2024. In addition, the reservation will be valid for El Paso 4*, Caribe 4*, Gold River 4* hotels for stays in the 2023 and 2024 season (subject to the opening schedule of each hotel and park within the dates previously indicated). Accommodation is on bed and breakfast basis. Conditions do not apply to Hotel Roulette or optional services purchased with the room. In addition, these packs are subjected to availability and do not include transport to the Port Aventura theme park.
Reserves and limitation:
These Terms may be amended, terminated or suspended at any moment by the Promoter. The new Terms will be published in the same way as they were originally released, including, if necessary, explanations or amendments which do not alter the spirit of the giveaway. Any issues emerging from the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be handled by Polo Club Europe, S.L., which is allowed, at its sole discretion, to eliminate any participants if they do not fulfil the requirements to participate. Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. takes no responsibility for this. If the participant fails to meet any requirement during the giveaway, he/she will be automatically disqualified and the prize will be void.
The company Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. takes no responsibility for any errors in the details provided by the participants which may result in a failure to identify them.
The company Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. reserves the right to take legal actions against those participants who carry out any act which may be considered as manipulation or forgery during the giveaway. Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. takes no liability for any damage or injury which may be caused by a temporary unavailability or malfunctioning of the sites used to participate in the promotion. Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. reserves the right to postpone or extend the giveaway, as well as to interpret these Terms. Additionally, the Promoter shall take no responsibility if any of the aforementioned situations occurred, as well as no liability for damage or injuries which may result from the use of the prize.
Data protection:
By entering this Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. promotion, you agree to accept these Terms and Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. Privacy policy, according to which your data will be processed in order to carry out the giveaway and also to meet all the requirements established in the post on Instagram. The users will have the right to access, amend, cancel, transfer, limit or object to the processing of their data at any time by writing an email to rgpd@poloclub.com. The data provided by the winner will be stored until the prize has been delivered, and the data of the other participants will be stored as long as they do not withdraw their consent by eliminating their message, and they stop following Polo Club’s account.
Law and Applicable Jurisdiction:
The application and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Spanish Law. The courts of Elche shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning these Terms and the development and result of the giveaway. Polo Club Europe, S.L.U. and the participants expressly waive their right to any other jurisdiction.
